Equestrian Hood struggle

one of my pony oc's i created refering to an equestrian gangsta ( its rare to see one).

I've seen alot of oc ponies reflecting different cultures plus the culture of applejack being "country-girl" type.

But I Rarely see some Oc Ponies comming straight out of the hood with their situations! 
So tell me viewer... Why that is?
